Can I request samples?
Should you like to see one of our tags let us know - we are happy to send you one - we will only ship to a reseller location or a non-profit 401 (c) (3). Just reach out through the contact form on our main page or email us at info@logoluggagetags.com
What is your return policy?
Stock tags can be returned for full credit assuming products are in original packaging and in fully saleable condition for up to 30 days. . Custom designed tags cannot be returned. We will share proposed artwork with you prior to printing, or for $15 we will ship you a proof.
How do I get custom artwork and how much does it cost?
If you have an existing logo and want us to use it on a luggage tag most artwork prep costs of this type are a flat fee of $10.00. If project is more complex we will provide you a quote. Simply email us the logo you want to have us use - we will take a look at it, and let you know if it is the standard $10.00 or a custom amount before you commit. If you decide to order, we will share proposed artwork with you prior to printing, or for $15 we will ship you a proof. If order is over $250, we will send you one proof at no cost. Please note, before we will print any logo or custom artwork we will require a release stating you own or have been granted rights to use the logo or image and have the right to authorize us to print the image for orders sent to you.
What is your minimum order size?
We pride ourselves on making it easy to do business with us - orders of tags are only a minimum of 4 tags for all stock designs AND custom designs! add on to the base in increments of 4 as well - we make it easy to carry our products without needing to carry a huge inventory.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping for our luggage tags is simple to calculate. $5.95 for standard delivery on orders up to $100, $10.95 for orders up to $250, and free standard shipping on orders over $250 anywhere in the USA. We do not ship internationally.
